Birmingham Airport Valet Parking Reviews

I assumed that a valet parking would be where you would drop off at a point and the car would be waiting for you when you arrived. The valet point is a good 5 min or so walk to the airport and when collected. I had to wait 20 mins to de-ice my car as seemed it was sat there for the week I was away?! It’s handy as it’s on the airport site but doesn’t warrant the additional £50 more than the park n ride I used last time.

We arrived at the airport early in the morning in October when it was very dark, we found the signage to the car park acceptable but there was no direction of exactly where to park There were a lot of people dressed as though they had just returned from a summer break stood outside the reception area which appeared to be waiting for their car return. It all seemed very confusing and slightly chaotic.Fortunately when we returned our car was waiting for us and we could drive off immediately. I think you should consider providing some heated shelter for people dropping off their cars because when we arrived at about 3 am it was very cold for my husband standing outside with the luggage while I was sorting out the parking arrangements.Thank you Moira

Had an issue regarding the removal of my car two days before my return. APH did not want to know, passing me on to NCP. No response from NPC to two emails. Terrible after service

It is further away to walk than the multistorey on site. Not particularly friendly/polite. Not helpful in pointing us the right directions to walk for departures. Car not there when we arrived back. Will not pay extra for this at Birmingham again. Totally different experience to that of East Midlands. They have always been brilliant.

Always use valet parking at Birmingham... but the first time we have used APH for this service. Really easy and the car was waiting in the car park when we returned. We didn't have to phone to say we had landed and we didnt have to wait.. very good service! Prices are ridiculously high across the board so I can't blame APH but that would be my only complaint, very expensive in comparison to previous years.

While the price was reasonable for the length of time the service left a lot to be desired! On the paperwork it states to call a number on arrival and collecting baggage so that the car may be readied, when I tried to call said number, there was no answer. When I went to the office and asked if there was a problem with the phone, I was told there wasn’t. I then had to wait for someone to collect my car, wasting more time. Not what you need after a long flight!
