“Easy walking distance we have always used car park 5 and never taken the bus because it's no distance at all from the airport. Total number of times used is well into double figures”
“Car Park is conveniently situated, but charges for parking have risen steeply in the past couple of years. The additional 1 day £56 excess charged before we could drive out of the park due to our flight being cancelled and was a rip off and kick in the teeth. A more modest fee c £15 charged on a pro rata basis would be much fairer and encourage customer loyalty.”
