“Just off the main A Road entrance and next to the drop off and pick up point, this car park is brilliantly placed. Entry and exit is so easy. If you can manage your luggage it is about a 10 minute stroll to the terminal. If not frequent shuttle buses are always on hand. Look no further. You won’t be disappointed.”
“Returned to a flat battery. Your paperwork said you could deal with that. We went to the gate who were not interested in helping at all then just cut us off. We had to get a taxi driver to come in pay the entry fee to jump start me. I paid him £20. The telephone number I rang at 6pm on Saturday night was nothing short of hopeless she just simply did not know what to say or do. Don't advertise the service if you do t provide it. It took less than 30 seconds once I had the jump leads. Left a bitter taste.”
