“We arrived at the barrier and pressed the button but no card was given so we had to go to another barrier..no problems with the transfer bus..but on trying to leave we put the card into the barrier machine and it said we had to pay 213.00 pounds to leave so had to press for assistance. They told us to pay until we said it was pre paid and i had my booking reference number to hand, they then said they would waive the fee!!! We were then allowed to leave”
