“Prebooked and prepaid but at the end of the holiday when we tried to leave the car park, the ticket machine stated we owed £173 for our ten day stay. Very frustrating, had to phone through via the button on machine, then wait in a queue to be answered, obviously queue of people building up behind us who are also waiting to leave the car park. Eventually guy answers, asks for booking ref and other details and then opens the barrier. Pretty poor show when we had prepaid and just wanted to get home. Car park itself was fine, car was safe and a ten min walk away from departures.”
“The parking aspect was fine. Spot on in fact. Close to motorway and well signposted etc.
However, leaving the car park wasn't quite so easy! A number of vehicles had problems getting out as the barriers weren't rising, presumably due to problem i had that the scanner didn't recognise the card as a valid one. Had to ring through and speak to an operator who let me out with no problem, but needs looking at as i was one of at least 10 cars that had the same problem in the space of 5-10 minutes or so that we were queuing to exit”
