“parked in car park 5 with a pre paid payment, location is convenient to the main terminal. However on completion of the holiday and within the stipulated date time of pre paid dates, the ticket machine was showing a payment of £123 was due. This is not the first time this has occurred and in fact another vehicle adjacent to our car had the same problem. The barrier was only raised once contact had been made with the control desk. When there is a queue of cars behind you in both lanes this is an unecessary delay.”
“Everything worked well , we parked near a bus stop to make things easy for us , the only problem was getting the suitcases on to the bus if they lowered the platform so we could wheeled the cases on instead of lifting it would have been easier for us.”
“Not used this car park before. Usually use an off site facility. Bit of a faff to get in a d out as the ticket machines were playing up. But overall a good experience.”
“I thought I would have a issue when leaving the car park, as my vehicle was not recognised when I arrived, I took a ticket to enter the car park, upon leaving early Sunday morning, I was requested to give the assistant my voucher number, he swiftly allowed me through the barrier, great service”
“We find it so handy being close to the roundabout as you drive into the central airport area. The car park is outdoors which we prefer, has easy to find bus stops with shelters and frequent buses to the airport terminals, although it’s not far to walk it.”
