“Car park didn’t recognise my reg so barrier didn’t open but was given a ticket instead, without any issues which also worked on exit. No issues with the car park, it is a large outside car park. My issue is that I booked the car park because I wanted an indoor car park, the picture of the car park when I booked was of an indoor multi story, which this isn’t. I thought I was paying extra because it is indoor, which was disappointing.”
“Everything was great till were got back to Birmingham plane landed near enough on time getting though the airport was a nightmare put us 15 minutes late getting to the barrier could not get out went to the booth I don’t have very good hearing went back and forth to the barrier eventually got out at 3 o’clock in a morning and raining as well not a very nice experience.”
“Excellent price but struggled to get out the car park. Had to call for help as the ticket got stuck in the machine, the first person hung up on me so had to join the telephone queue again before finally being let out, 20 mins after attempting to leave.”
“Easy to find at the entrance to airport. Easy to walk or get shuttle bus . It did take a while to find a space . Entrance barrier was causing problems for a few people and exit barrier wasn’t picking up number plates so each person was having to call someone .”
“Happy with our first visit to Car Park 5 - it's only a short distance from the terminal and we managed to get the bus both ways. We only had to wait a short time for the buses. This was the cheapest car park we could find for our trip - we would use this car park again.”
“After parking my car at 3.30am We stood at the bus stop to go to the terminal and was told that it was stuck somewhere so we had to walk. Also when leaving the car park after our holiday we couldn’t get out as it said we had to pay £143, but we had booked and paid online .”
