Found it very Expensive this time, booked through loyalty email, which offered up to 20% discount, found it to be no cheaper using this. Had to queue on exit, as the ANPR did not seem to be working. had to use intercom system to get out.

Good and convenient place to park. However, on leaving, the barrier didn’t recognise that we’d pre paid and tried to charge £143!! Other people were having similar problem. This caused big queues, and at 1am, that’s the last thing you need. Hopefully, it was a temporary problem. But in the end, it was handy and very near to terminal.

we managed to park close to the airport, but still got the shuttle bus, but walked back to the car when we arrived back. Unfortunately, on trying to exit the car park, the ticket wouldn't work, so we had to call for help, having said that, they were really helpful and we were soon on our way.

The barrier would not open and we were asked for a further £140. We had already prepaid for our week stay. Other vehicles were also waiting by the barrier as they also were refused exit even though they had prepaid. The call for assistance facility refused to answer adding to the stress. Eventually an operator answered allowing me to quote reference number and we were allowed out. No idea what the problem was but was annoying

Plenty of spaces and convenient if you don't want a long wait to get in and back out again during your trip. The only issue was pulling up at the entry barrier where you were meant to get an automated ticket. This didn't seem to work for anyone and so the cars started to back up. Although signs say to press the intercom button, to be honest it wasn't that prominent so ended up pressing the ticket button to get the barrier up. So, be warned the automatic things does not work, so be ready to buzz for help. Getting out worked out by bussing for help. The operator was very helpful after provide my car reg and booking ref
