“Everything was good until I came to leave. The ticket I took on the way in didn't work on the way out. Looking at the ticket later it says not for use on exit. So I had difficulty on leaving. I followed the instructions, which said use the ticket.”
“We had pre paid before arrival. Access to the car park was good and within an easy walk to the airport. On arrival we followed all the instructions. When we came to collect the car I put my ticket into the barrier but it didn’t raise. The machine was asking me for something like £160. I tried ringing the number several times but it went to an answerphone. Eventually I found a button at the barrier. This wasn’t clearly visible. A few minutes after pressing the button somebody spoke with me and the issue was eventually resolved. I was stuck at the barrier about 10-15 minutes trying to sort it. The drivers of the cars behind were not very impressed .”

“Convenient with frequent shuttles. Signage poor on return, however correct bus stop found after some searching.
No ticket produced on arrival but intercom used on departure and barrier opened with no fuss.”
