“All ok car park is safe, was told the barrier will auto read number plate and open but had to call to get it to lift which was frustrating, however the car park is a close walk to terminal and is safe.”
“Easy to book and good rates BUT the automatic vehicle registration number, yet again, did not work both on entry and exit. So press intercom and wait for assistance, give reg number and booking reference and yes the barrier is lifted. At 2 am after a long flight is the last thing you need. Come on NCP/APH sort it out please”
