“On arrival on 3 October, only one lane for entry to the car park was open. The automatic number plate recognition did not work, the call system for assistance was inaudible.”
“Paid for 5 days on the 5th day it was around 2am freezing cold we scared the ticket to be told we had to pay £113 even tho we have already paid and we just wanted to ho home we had to wait for someone to let us out it was poor service took longer than expected and I won't be using them again not even a sorry”
“Once in the car park, parking was relatively easy and approximately a 10 minute walk to airport departures on foot. The issue was I had pre-booked the car park and already paid for my stay. The barrier camera was supposed to recognise my car registration on arrival and open automatically, but it didn't, so I ended up taking a ticket from the machine. I had the same issue on way out, the barrier would not lift. All was solved when I pushed the button for assistance, read out my reference number and the barrier was lifted for me to drive away. But just a bit annoying that you pre-pay and the barrier did not lift automatically as it should of done on entry and exit.”
“Entry very good, exit poor had to wait for someone to answer to exit although prepaid, there Was obviously a glitch, not ideal when you just want to get out and home.”
“Anpr system not 100% in my view. Had to take a ticket on entry which was unexpected and also unused. System did not automatically raise barrier on exit. Had to call for help but button not obvious. Not as smooth as I hoped.”
