“Everything was good about the pariking including the shuttle service. However, I was shocked when We were charged Over £200 to exit. Although we were let out after speaking on the intercom we were initially in a panic checking our details; not the best finish to a holiday!”
“Prebooked this car park, was supposed to be ANPR to let us in but it didn’t so we had to buzz for assistance, same on the way out. Apart from that all went well, found a space easily enough, caught the bus to the terminal building, same on the way back, bus driver on return journey was amazing, I am disabled so my husband had to manage both the cases and the driver offered to help( another passenger helped us) but it was so refreshing that the driver offered, thank you for that. Would recommend and would use again.”
