“Easy to park but we did have a problem in that the vehicle recognition by the number plate did not work. However, as requested I pressed the button to speak to someone and it was quickly sorted.”

“Everything was as described, the only problem was on my return late at night on my own I reached the barrier and it said I owed money. I pressed the help button waited for sometime no response it rang and rang. Fortunately a member of airport security let me out as I was holding up the queue. I was frustrated as I prepaid, my car reg was recognised but the gate would not raise.
Otherwise it was a good experience, o used the bus transfer as it was dark and late the driver was fab very happy and helpful.”
“Had a bit of an issue getting out which you just don't need at 2:00 am but it was quickly sorted so we could continue our journey home. Could have got off site parking about £20 cheaper but we like the convenience of being on site so it's worth it. Easy and quick.”
