“Large car park within a 10-15min walk to the terminal. Access was easy but leaving there were issues. A long queue to exit. As we finally made it to the barrier and served the ticket we asked for £149! There was obviously an issue with the system and once we called through they opened the barrier. In these eventualities it would be better to get a member of staff onsite to manually operate barriers to speed up the exit. However system glitches happen out of anyone’s control and we will use this car park again.”
“I had pre booked and the barrier should have opened automatically when we arrived, but it didn't so I had to speak to someone and confirm my booking. It then did exactly the same as we went to exit.”
“Very easy to park on arrival and regular buses to the terminal but when we returned the ticket would not let us out and said we owed £145. It took 10 minutes for anyone to answer the intercom by which time a large queue had built up and people were beeping their horns. We were exhausted after a long flight and just wanted to get home, if this had not happened I would recommend the car park as it was close to the terminal”
“On Arrival barrier did not raise automatically as it should could not contact anyone on intercom so had to get a ticket to get into car park. Had to visit customer service to sort out problem.”
