“I had paid for parking prior to my holiday. On exit the barrier didnt raise i was asked to pay an extra £133 even though I was within my allocated time.After a challenge the barrier was raised but no explanation given as to why extra money was requested.”
“On arrival only one entry scanner was working, with no closure of the lane, causing delay and confusion. On departure the scanner was live but didn’t raise the barrier. The employee on intercom said it was frequently the case. Airport needs to get decent working equipment and better explanations on machines of how they (should) function.”
“Used car park 5 4 times now was a bit disappointing the last time as the number plate recognition did not work when we arrived to park not what you need at 4 am . Would use again as only a short walk to the terminal and most of it is a covered if it’s raining”
“Normally great service but upon picking car up at the barrier it asked foe further £148 which was an error took 20 to speak to member staff who was very unhelpful at 1.20am and not what we needed. We eventually go the barrier lifted”
