“A very good car park close to the terminal. The only problem I had was on entry. All of the cars in front of me had the same experience, namely, no ANPR and having to wait to talk to someone at the barrier before the ticket was issued. This was a real weakness which needs some serious attention. In contrast, exiting the car park was very smooth.”
“Overall good experience, however my car was not recognised as pre paid and on leaving wanted a £123 fee before I could leave. fortunately an advisor was on hand to sort but our friends had to pay the charge despite pre booking”
