“Relatively easy to negotiate car park, however had to use the telephone intercom service both on arrival and departure, even though we were pre booked, presumably because the number plate recognition camera wasn’t working properly . Frustrating for those behind us. Good price for 15 nights though. Bus transfer to and from terminal straightforward. Overall we were satisfied.”
“The carpark good but when I came back and put the ticket in to lift the barrier it ask for £149 when I had already paid for it. It also happened to someone else at the other barrier”
“Prepaid with APH. No ticket issued. Pressed the button for help and got a ticket. Arrived back and the ticket when presented said I owed 173 pounds to get out of car park. Paid this. Still awaiting a refund. This must be how NCP has a good cash flow. Will not use again.”
“My only criticism is the failure of the automatic number plate recognition system. Having prepaid it should have automatically issued a ticket on arrival. It didn't. This system has failed on many previous occasions, even though I now clean my registration plate prior to getting to the airport.”
