Birmingham Airport Car Park 5 Reviews

Difficult to exit as entry instructions do not advise scan bar code on booking form. Help button on exit not visible could be more prominate. Advised when eventually speaking to operator this often happens on exit as scan on entry has not taken place.

Does what it says it does. 10 mn walk to the terminal. Not so bad.

Aside from the number plate not being recognised either when entering or leaving the car-park, and having to wait for an operator to find our booking when attempting to leave (looked like everyone else was also having this problem), it worked OK. Busses seemed fairly regular. Would probably use again.

Accidentally went past carpark 5 and it is very very confusing and almost impossible to go back - the road then forces you to the drop off point where a charge is made to do this even when all you want to do is go back. On leaving the pre-paid carpark the exit barrier would not rise until I paid an extra £128 for the 1 week on top of the £58 already paid. There is no way to back up as they have made the exit roads too narrow and no way of pulling aside to let others through while the problem is solved - as such you spend ages blocking 1 of the only 2 exit barriers with dozens of cars backing up behind you. The 'Help' Button could be a LARGE RED one in an obvious place not a small dark one away from all of the other slots and display info. I saw many cars backing up and going to a booth for help - as such this seems to be a very regular occurrence. Stress of this kind is not good after a long flight. RE THINK YOUR PARKING BIRMINGHAM We WILL NOT be back

Within walking distance, easy to find. It did not recognise our car number so did not raise the barrier causing us to have to speak to your staff. It was then dealt with well.

Car Park is convenient but if you miss your stop the "Driver" wouldn`t assist me further.. Tough eh..!

Would recommend entry is fuss free but exiting is a complete nightmare as the automatic recognition simply does not work The last 5 visits have resulted in us sitting and waiting for someone to respond from the control centre and let us out and this results in holding up cars behind us this resulting in tired travellers becoming unnecessarily irate There must be a simple fix for this

For the second time in 2 months i could not exit.I was requested to pay £183 even though I had pre paid my parking and had an email receipt to confirm this.I had to ring the intercom where eventually your employee agreed that it was an error as your systems need upgrading!
