“Good and quick. No messing about. Buses are frequent. My only niggle is that I wasn't aware that bus stops 1-2 are car park 4 and bus stops 3-5 were actually Car Park 5. It would have saved me doing the journey from the terminal twice. I was parked near BS6!”
“Parking the car on car park 5 was no prblem. We walked to the terminal as the weather was good (Wednesday 1 October.) We took note as where we were parked B11. On arrival back, early hours Thursday 9 October. The shuttle bus was outside which identifed for car park 4 & 5. The shuttle was full if passengers, it set off. We was the only two on the bus, the driver asked where we had parked, we said car park 5. He then advised that he had driven on car park 5. It would have been helpful if, he had annouced to passengers which car park we were on, of if there was a monitor on the shuttle advising passengers of where the bus was. At 2.00 am when you are tired and the driver is of no help. We asked if he could take us to B11, he refused, he pointed us in the direction we had to walk we have two large cases, small trolley case and a large holdall. Annoucements would be helpful in the future either from the driver or from a monitor located on the bus. Gail Stevens”
“No buses available early in the morning and of course it was raining meaning we had to walk to the terminal. There are lots of aspects about Birmingham airport that are second rate - parking and expensive parking is one of them !”
“Easy to book this car park, arrived at automatic gate opened quickly, 15 minute walk to the airport and thankfully with the weather was dry otherwise things could've been more difficult. Same again on the way out with the barrier quickly rising so in summary a pain-free car parking experience, just be mindful about poor weather.”
“I did not have a problem entering the car park, but on my return at almost midnight the barrier would not lift, so after pressing call button I was told there was no details of my booking despite giving car reg and booking ref after 15 minutes of discussion I was let out, but was angry as how could there not be my booking when I had been able to access to get in.”
