“Used car park 5 before and it was excellent, so we paid over £100 to pack for a week. This time it was disappointing. Arrived around 2pm, saw the bus approaching as we took our cases out the car. The driver didn't wait at the bus stop and we waited almost half hour for him to come back. Its a good job we had left plenty of time. Our return flight was 3am, its very early and yiu are a little disoriented. We got on the transfer bus as we approached car parks 4/5 the driver didn't announce which one we were at. I thought it said 4 so didn't move. We wanted 5 stop 2. Then he announced press the bell if you want car park 5, stop 3! Pressed the bell,missed the stop for 3, off at 4 and had to walk back at 3am in the cold. Is it too much to expect that the driver announces where we are so early in a morning ? Logically 4 is before 5, so we thought that's the car park we were in, until he finally spoke.
Very disappointing experience, especially for the money we paid.”
