“Through no fault of ours, our return to Birmingham was delayed by about 10 hours. We were shocked to find we were charged an extra £61.00 penalty on top of the £109.99 we had paid in advance for the week's parking. Not what you want to find when you return exhausted in the middle of the night!”

“A very useful car park for the airport although I did query cost of £119 for a week booked in Feb 2025 for holiday in Sept 2025, most we've ever paid, I was told it was due to Sept being a busy month for flights. Used this car park many times never had a problem. Our flight was 2 hours late so left car park an hour later than booked but no additional cost. My only gripe, the buses seem to have disappeared, we often walk to the airport as the wait is too long”
