“On return to car park 5 at Birmingham, the ticket machine would not accept the parking ticket. Pressed intercom button and the agent sorted the issue immediately. The car park is very easy to find and plenty of spaces available.”
“Location on airport 8 mins walk but down/slope but bus transfer frequent .
we had pre booked and told the enterance barrier would raise automatically on entering and exiting.
Unfortunately this didnt occur and had to contact help desk both times. Everyone seemed to have the same issues. few mins delay but the technology should work.”
“Although I've used APH before without any problem, this time on collecting my car to exit after putting my ticket in the machine it said I owed £137 (I had pre-booked and paid) and the barrier would not open. Only after pressing the call button and giving my car reg. would they open the barrier. This happened to another car while we were there. I'm sure this is not a regular occurrence but it was frustrating.”
