“Handy for airport (and can walk from it) hence why didn’t get bottom star. However, both entry and exit needed me to call for assistance. Thought perhaps I was using wrong buttons. Most cars had this problem so there was a queue. My number plate was clean. Perhaps you need a body in a box!”
“The car park didn't appear to work as we'd been instructed as barrier didn't automatically lift so took a ticket & didn't worry. Lots of parking available. Wasn't sure how frequently the buses were running as didn't see one so walked to the airport which didn't take long at all so no issue.
On return at the barrier we were asked to pay again... As we were tired we paid but I emailed APH who were very helpful & we had a refund via NCP.
I know a lot of people would moan and have an issue but we'd had a lovely holiday and nothing was going to turn it negative and didn't need it to.. As was sorted swiftly & politely on both sides.”
“Pre- paid Ticket did not work at exit and if engineer had not been working on adjacent machine we would have had a real problem as the procedure to call for help was not at all obvious. Information is needed.”
