“we arrived late due to delays , ticket wouldnt let us out but lady over the speaker was very nice and helpfull and released us , always use car park 5 as its so convenient and a quick walk to terminal .”
“Parked in this car park each week for the last 4 weeks. I have pre-paid but on every occasion when I get to the exit barrier I am asked to pay. I call the attendant who sorts this out but it's obvious that their technology isn't up to speed. I have told the attendant about this each time and still no action. Very annoying!”
