“Easy to find, park and walk to the terminal. Only drawback was on exit it said our ticket was invalid so we pressed button to call and they asked for our registration and could see we had booked and paid so lifted the barrier.”
“We thought the car parking was good and the pick up service was only a short wait but the ticket machine to get in and out was rubbish.It was far too high to reach and you could not get out of the car due to the high kerb.It was not only us that found it difficult as people in front of were stuck there for a long time.in the end we had to ring for assistance to raise the barrier.If you can improve this,we would like to use you again.”
“Nice and easy to park off the M42. Only problem was the barrier would not open when ticked inserted, found out that the machine had been damaged. Found the button to call someone, they let us out after.”
“Well sign posted and good access links from the motorway. Within ten minute walking distance to the terminal. Had an issue getting out as the ANPR did not recognise my number plate and was asked for £302! Thankfully the dialled assistance at the barrier resolved this very quickly. All in all an excellent experience.”
“It's fine but it was quite a walk from the airport so wouldn't park therewith small children or elderly parents. APH ticket wasn't recognized either so had to ask for help, but very helpful.”
