“In a good location, the only problem was our ticket to lift the barrier to leave the car park didn’t register, so we had to call & give our details & it got sorted .”
“Checking in the car park was fine but exiting was a nightmare has the machine was telling me I had to pay £122 even though I’d already paid £84 online for this trip, after about 5 minutes trying to speak to someone and cars waiting before a voice came on to say can I help to which the barrier went up? Very frustrating.”
“Unfortunately, I was disappointed with this car park for two reasons. The first reason the camera didn't recognise my number plate on arrival or exit of the car park which caused some anxiety for me. On exiting the car park several cars were experiencing this problem which in turn caused a bottle neck at the exit. The second reason, for the money, I was expecting the car park to be much closer to the airport and although I possibly could have walked to the terminal it wouldn't have been easy with luggage.”
