“Always used this car park as it is close to the terminal. Had a slight problem on exit - I had pre-paid but on inserting my ticket it stated £107 owing. Pressed help button and a polite lady asked me how she can help, I explained the situation, she asked for my registration number, apologised and opened barrier. The two cars in front of me had the same issue I think, but I didn't feel it impacted my journey at all.”
“Good on entrance. Extremely poor on leaving cameras did not recognise registration. Buzzer was not being answered. The phone number went to answer machine and message box full. After several phone calls was asked to go to barrier again put ticket in and said owed £197 phoned again and was told to press buzzer same person answered buzzer and opened the barrier. This process took about 20 mins so not good .”
“Expensive but worked well with the buses on this occasion..
only issue had to press button and wait for operator to raise barrier for exit.. was not automatic and queue formed behind whilst waiting..”
“Arrived during a snow storm and met with a queue of cars trying to enter Car Park 5. We had pre booked and paid for a space in the car park. There was terrible confusion and cars were trying to turn around at the barrier. Car occupants from the cars turning told us that they were being redirected to car park 4. By now there was a considerable queue of cars behind us also waiting to enter car park 5. I managed to turn around and head to Car Park 4 and then managed to find a parking space. We waited at a bus stop but no bus arrived so we had to drag our cases through the snow to the terminal. I will not be using this car park facility if we fly from Birmingham again.”
“The parking is ok and we have used it many times, but for the last 4 times every time we leave we have to call as it says we owe the bill when actually we have prepaid by booking. It’s very embarrassing”
