“close to the terminal so I walked to the terminal as I just missed the courtesy bus. making a note I was parked in zone C13. I got the courtesy bus back to the car park but there was no way of identifying the right bus stop as, unlike other airports, there is no correlation between the zone and bus stop. Make a not of the nearest bus stop number when you park”
“No problem on arrival, but when we left it wouldn't recognise the ticket, and wanted money.
We contacted the help desk, who took our details, and sorted our exit. All done very swiftly, so no issues. well done and thank you.”

The automated barrier exit recognition doesn’t work.
We had to call for help on the first occasion to be told they couldn’t lift the barrier causing mayhem behind us
This time it took the operator over 5 minutes to answer call causing congestion”
“I would have given five stars had not been for problems at the ENTRY and EXIT barriers. It did not recognise our car number plates both times even though we had booked and fully paid booking .
We don't know, if we would like to recommend it, for the location sure”
