“Great proximity to departures but had an issue at the exit barrier. Despite pre paying for a four day trip the barrier machine said I had to pay £137!!! Thankfully the chap on the intercom was able to get me through”
“Easy to follow instructions to the car park. Also plenty of directional signs displaying the way to the airport terminal,
Slight delay on entry due to ticket not working, no such trouble however on leaving.
Parking slots where a little tight otherwise would have given 5 stars.
Will definitely use this car park again.”
“Pre paid for parking and was reasonable for a ten day stay. Car park was easy to find and only a five minute bus ride to the terminal, which were frequent. Only issue I had was on exit the barrier failed to recognise that I had pre paid and wouldn't let me leave, this was quickly sorted after pressing the contact button and speaking to an actual person.”
“Prepaid online, this was straightforward, easy to get onto the car park and many spaces available, the bus service to and from the car park is excellent, the big problem is the number plate recognition did not work so I had to take a ticket as cars were queueing behind at the barrier. Going out pitch dark again number plate recognition did not read the number plate and wanted me to pay £180. There is something wrong as many drivers I spoke with had the same issues.”
