“There was a problem exiting the car-park. I had pre-paid but the barrier did not rise. I had to get out of my car to insert my exit ticket, and was asked to pay £182.00!!! My wife called the help line and the barrier rose but came down again before she could get back in the car. I called the operator and the same thing happened again! On the third call I insisted that the barrier stay up for 20 secs and we eventually escaped. Not a good experience.”
“On exit, the machine excepted the ticket but the barrier did not lift pressed the contact button on the box and the assistant lifted the barrier thank you.”
“Overall not bad ,just had a problem exiting when barrier did not automatically lift did get sorted with help from guy on speaker but this could be made to sound clearer for us with not perfect hearing”
