“The only criticisms I can make are that the car parking spaces are very close to each other, not leaving much room to open a car door or manoeuvre a suitcase between two cars.
Also, on leaving, which has happened on two occasions to me and also to a friend using car park 5. The barcode on my pre booked ticket does not open the barrier. I have had to speak to someone on the intercom to open barrier.”
“Prebooked. Well the ANPR system didn't raise the barrier; then five minutes waiting for an agent to help - who then wanted a load of details re: the booking, before dispensing a ticket. Eventually got in ....
Then on way out, ticket failed to open barrier and another frustrating five minutes waiting for the agent who eventually replied and asked me, get this, 'what do you want, please' ... answer 'to get out, obviously!!

“Great car park and close enough to walk. The only issue is the number plate recognition doesn't work. Had to wait 20 minutes for someone to answer the phone and confirm my parking. Happened to me twice now, needs to be sorted.”
“The number plate recognition system did not work when we were leaving and the barrier did not rise. Whilst I was attempting to get assistance[which took some time]it was raining heavily and I was soaked.
This was really disappointing because it was the first time that I had experienced anything like this with APH. Will make me think twice about using APH. Disappointing.”
“Although I have rated the car park good as it is close to the terminal and easy walking distance this is the second time my pre paid ticket did not work on exit I again had to call for assistance to exit the car park .
I believe your pre paid system needs reviewed as on this occasion it was a day time exit and there was someone to ask, I wonder what I would have done late at night or early hours.”
