“Car park 5 is in a great position and an easy walk to the Terminal. Plenty of spaces and shuttle bus if required.
My rating is lower because the vehicle recognition didn't work on either arrival or departure. In fact on departure I was asked to pay 188.00 having already pre booked . It took several attempts to contact someone on the intercom which was difficult to locate in the dark. Eventually the barrier was raised without any additional payment.”

Clear signage for return from Terminal to Car Park severely lacking. Placed ticket in barrier machine and it requested £287 payment, even though I had already paid on pre-booking website. Was able to leave car park via other barrier that was already raised.
In summary, a sketchy experience.”
“Not a great experience, barrier didn't let us in and had to take a ticket. Barrier would let us out and display showed we had to pay £180 +, had to pull up and speak to intercom who let us out at 1:40 a.m. not a great service.”
“Great car park. Plenty of spaces and easily accessible. Only issue was leaving the car park - paid in advance and it wouldn’t scan the code we had to let the barrier up, so we had to press the buzzer for security who let us out. Other than that, no issues at all. Would definitely recommend this car park/use it again in future.”
