“This was the third time that I have used Car Park 5 this year. Each time the number plate recognition cameras were not working on arrival. I called the operator and after what seemed to be a lengthy wait for someone to answer I was able gain entry. No ticket was issued. When it came to exit one gate was closed completely and the other had the barrier permanently raised and I was able to go straight through. I had prepaid and did not owe anything and I did not have the hassle of calling an operator again. I tend to use car park 5 so that we can have some exercise before and after flights by walking to and from departures and the price. Hopefully, if I decide to use it in the future, the systems will be working.”
“Definitely would recommend. never, ever had any issues there. The transfer bus, comes every 10-15 minutes and only takes 5 minutes to get to the arrivals or departures. If you want to walk, it only takes 10-15 minutes undercover.”
“Use car park often but first time we've had a problem, barrier didn't open on arrival and got stuck behind several cars on exit because barrier wouldn't lift ,barrier was lifted and we all could leave ,but can't knock your system”
