Having spent over £100 for a weeks parking in arrival the barrier and intercom were not in operation On return the bus driver did not know the nearest bus station to our parking spot.Finally when leaving at 00.30 hours the response via the intercom was less than helpful .Overall not impressed

Unfortunately APH didn't advise of the work being undertaken at car park 5 prior to our arrival date. When we arrived there was no barrier but we thought we would still need a ticket. After pressing the intercom several times to no avail and with a queue forming behind us we moved to park our car. We were slightly worried about this. However we did have an email when we were away advising us of the work. On our return barriers were in place but as we didn't have a ticket we had to use the intercom. The first person who answered grunted and then cut us off on our second attempt we were asked our registration number and the barrier lifted. I think APH need to train their staff in customer service. That said we always use this car park and will continue to do so

On three occasions in the past 12 months we have been unable to exit the car park despite having paid our fee in advance on line. When we tried to exit the car park by inserting the ticket, the barrier would not lift, and we had to press the button and speak to an operator, who on each occasion had to operate it manually for us. This was also happening to all other cars trying to exit at the same time, and its an uncomfortable situation when a number of cars are behind you and stressful.

Very good, but on two occasions this year car number plate recognition didn't work, inconvenient.

I pre-booked via the website; on arrival the entrance barrier was already up and no ticket was issued. I left the booking details on the dash-board, just in case. On return from holiday at around 2 am, the barrier wouldn't rise because I had no ticket. I used the call button and got an immediate response from a staff member who checked my details and then raised the barrier. I would use this service again in the future.

Pre paid for airport parking. No ticket initially issued on arrival then ticket got jammed in machine. On exit had to seek assistance again as machine would not allow my release. Not the first time this has happened

This car park is easy to find, the directions are brilliant. It is a short 5-10 minute walk to the terminal building. I would definitely use this again.

Great place to park apart from when you want to leave and the machine doesn’t recognise your car!
