“Allocated a row to park in quite near the entrance and bus stop. Liked being able to keep car keys whilst away. Only a short bus ride and didn't have to wait long both departing and arriving. Don't rely on Google maps when coming from M42 south as it takes you through the NEC but you can't access the car park! Could see the entrance behind locked gates across the road. Use the instructions provided with the booking.”
“Easy to use website, easy to find parking and friendly service from staff on arrival and departure. One minor gripe was we to wait slightly longer than expected for a bus ride back to the car park when returning from holiday. Apart from that we had an excellent experience”
