“Although the directions were clear, when I arrived near the destination there wasn’t any signage referring to APH. However, there was signage for Airparks. It appears that they are linked companies. We were directed to a lettered section however there were no spaces so I parked in a nearby space.
The transfer was straight forward and the drop off point was directly outside the departures
The collection from the airport was a little confusing as there were a number of buses using the same stop.”
“As others have mentioned, it can be hard to find. I did not put in the post code to satnav as warned but marked the entrace on google map. I ended up at the carpark but at a locked gate around the back somewhere! I then found my way in by reference to the Premier Inn. Frequent busses and just 5 mins to the airport. You give your name at the entrance rather that a number plate reader letting you in.”
“Bit difficult to find. But on arrival clear instructions where to park and where to get the bus. Short transfer to airport. Bit if a wait fir bus on return but overall woukd recommend”
“It was a farce, short run ?? Not . I have used aph for many years . Time to re think, one man on gate saying this is no longer aph ?? Took ages to get through, will never use Birmingham aph ever again, Manchester no problem.”
“Second time using APH Birmingham and you can’t complain with the service!. In this occasion I did forget to put my drivers window up when I went away for the week but one of the kind workers covered it with a with some window plastic! Thank you whoever did that!”
“Easy to find, not a lot of spare parking spaces though, did have to drive round a couple of times despite being told which area to park in, which was full.”
