“I would normally do meet and greet but it was so expensive this year I went for this option which in my opinion was still hugely overpriced. It was advertised as the bus driver being more than happy to help with loading luggage on and off the bus but when I was struggling with carrying my case and my two children's (single parent traveller) the driver didn't even offer to help and it was the same on the return journey. Positives are we didn't have to wait long at all for a bus and the airport is 5 minutes away at the most.”

“It's not a car park it's a field with cars parked!!. It's a good thing I used my small car, if I had used my big one I would not have been able to reverse. They don't pick up phone calls either( I was told to call on arrival and its on the ticket and email confirmation)I was at the pick-up point for more than 30mins and had been calling from the time I got off the plane. It was quite disappointing to be honest also considering I was with my child.”
