“Easy to find, car seemed secure. Easy to check in, shuttle service ran every 5 minutes as promised and was only a 5 minute drive away. Did what it said on the tin! Would use again.”
“Everything went well both dropping off the car and picking up. We only had to wait about 15 min when we returned. Everyone was helpful. The only issue was that we were parked in a white stony muddy section which was a problem from pulling suitcases. Also, when we returned, we noticed that the cars that were parked near the roads where the bus went by, were splattered in white mud. Wouldn’t have been happy if that had been my car.”
“Have used aph on many occasions at different sites but found this car park very disappointing, in June we parked at the other b’ham site but unfortunately my left wing mirror was smashed when we returned l know cars are left at owners risk, so because my wife is disabled and you advertise disabled parking at the short run park we decided to try it, i rang to reserve a disabled space and was told to ring 24hours before arriving which I did everything was okay and booked. On arrival I was told where to park went to the space but then I was told to move and park underneath some trees which I reluctantly did then when I parked I was told l would have to move across to make room for another car I said you must be joking no way will you get another car in that space.l helped my wife out of the car by the time I got the cases out and helped my wife across the car park we missed the shuttle. While waiting for the next shuttle i counted 5 members of staff outside the office not one person offered to help us I had to rely on another customer to help me load the cases and to top it all a member of staff parked where i originally parked very disappointed with this site only booked this site for the disabled parking will be flying from b’ham next June will have to risk your other site again sorry I couldn’t give anything positive on this site.”
“Very reasonable rate and only 6-8 minutes from airport . Well lit car park all secure . Did have a bit of a wait sat on bus to leave the car park for airport.
I’d definitely book it again though.”
“It was easy to find closer for us but did not like that the parking was just on hard-core it was wet the day we went so shoes wheels 3rd were covered in white liquid that dried to a white powder same coming home very large puddles and all over our jeans and trousers it seems half is on tarmac and half on hard-core not very satisfactory.Would book again if we could use tarmac if not will not book again”
“Although the run from the parking is not very far. If it has been raining the parking is very muddy and your suitcases get very dirty as most people will need to pull them on their wheels”
