“Booking process and communication was easy and the guy we saw was friendly. The postcode is incorrect and takes you to the wrong place. The aforementioned guy was helpful when we called and directed us to the correct destination.
Car park is a mess. Rubble and dust covered which when it has rained literally sticks to everything. Not great when you have decent shoes on and trying to wheel a suitcase to the bus! Outgoing bus driver was okay but return bus journey was very cramped with a driver that clearly hates his job!!
The 2 stars are only there because of the ease of booking and the man that helped us. We won’t use this car park again!”
“Ideally positioned from the M6 junction 4. However with the ongoing road modifications along the route from the M6, navigation to the car park is quite confusing and using the satnav is a no no. My suggestion is to task a staff member to take a drive from the M6 Jct 4 to the car park and produce an uptodate
set of instructions for future customers to be guided by.
All in all a good carpark with competitive rates and a good shuttle service.”
“Have used APH for many years and this is the worst carpark in terms of quality and security.
The location was totally unmarked, I had to ask a attendant who said APH were ‘going bust’ hence no signage. The carpark was like a muddy rockery, full of potholes.
And on the exit the gates were wide open with two chaps on their mobiles phones.
So if you have a desirable car then don’t park it here.
Worth paying extra and going else-where.”
“We were delayed due to a major road accident and road closure. We phoned to tell them but when we arrived we were told we had to pay a late arrival fee of £20 or upgrade to priority. This seems unfair as the space had been booked weeks in advance and we still arrived on the same day.”
