“On arrival showed booked conformation was shown to a space and advised to wait at the bus stop for the next bus to come. Bus took about 5 minutes and waited for people who were making there way towards it. Nice 5-10 minute transfer to the airport dropping off right outside. On the way back just waited at the bus stop. Showed our bus ticket and was returned to our car. The car park is tarmaced and the parking spaces are reasonable size. My only criticism is you have to have a ticket to get on the bus on the way back, why can’t this be an email?”
“The carpark area is mostly gravel and hardcore, not easy to drag suitcases too far, the parking areas are a little confusing on collection so listen to the bus driver and pay attention or you'll end up walking further than you need to.
The driver outbound was very miserable and not what you need at 05:30 am, however, the return driver was cheery sole and helpful too.
Sat nav gets you close enough, but it's worth checking out on google maps before you set out, belt and braces maybe...
No further issues or worries, but they don't seem to be like the "Good old APH customer friendliness" I've found on many occasions before. The price was average.”
“Following parking on arrival there was a shuttle waiting which was easy and quick. However on return, it does state to call the company to trust bus to come back despite the time table saying it runs every 20 mins. There were people waiting over 30 mins. So, May be a good idea to call them. When I called them after waiting 20 mins, they informed that I must not have been waiting that long and I informed them I was and plenty of people were waiting so they may need two busses.
One arrived and it was like sardines in a can , so wasn’t as helpful as you couldn’t sit down and never mind about the luggage kept moving and could have fell on people. So, think this needs to be addressed. I suggest, on your return you call them so they know they need to send a bus out , as it’s very popular!
Otherwise it was cheap and easy just a bit of an inconvenience on return journey!”

Would recommend parking away from the throughway if you don't want your car covered in white muck when you get back (still trying to get the last of it off)”
“This parking is good value and a good location. I feel much happier about self-parking then meet-and-great arrangements when you have no real idea where your car is taken. It's close to the airport, so a short transfer. However, they use a large bus for the transfer and it takes a while to fill at both ends, so you do need to allow a fair amount of time depending on when you chance to arrive.”
