Terrible postcode location information provided for our arrival - APH must move towards using What3words; when the car park found the service was fine.

Super friendly and helpful staff. Car park (short run) was quite difficult to find initially as not sign posted, we were told they had only just opened this new site so likely to be rectified quite soon. Everything went smoothly and will Definately use again, thank you

Very efficient and good value for money. Only criticism was that it was difficult to find via satnav.

What can I say booked 6 weeks before the weekend break Friday to Monday - arrived and we were told the carpark was closing before we returned from our weekend break No email no call no notice...We were told we had to move the car, We didn't have time obviously because we had to catch a plane, but they agreed to move the car to the new location... too much drama for 4 a.m. arrived back after our break using the correct ticket the guy at the carpark gave to us..guess what car went missing took over 1 hour to get the car back..what a joke!! we were promised 30 to 50% off our next booking well I have been trying to contact them all week I can never speak to anyone, APH says I need to log a complaint, we were told we could contact you when we try to book again to get our discount ?????...please AVOID

I was travelling alone with a small child and the staff were very helpful with allowing me to park nearer the bus stop. Pick up was efficient too.

APH sold me a space in a car park which was shutting for the autumn/ winter. Arrived at the car park as per the instructions only for the staff to say it was closing that day and I had to drive 10 minutes to the other site. There was nothing on my paperwork informing me of this. Drove to the other APH car park to arrive to slight chaos because other customers were arriving also impacted by this issue. It got sorted by the staff who were great but it was a pretty poor experience To top it off sat for 20 minutes on the shuttle bus which then broke down before it left for the terminal. So at this point was fairly late getting to check in. Won't be using APH again.

The car park is good and the staff helpful. The only issue was the SatNav seemed to have trouble finding it.
