“Very close to the airport with frequent bus shuttles. The man Cheops in was very friendly and helpful and they even had someone to direct you to empty spaces, price was very competitive and will certainly use again when flying from Birmingham”
“My flight was cancelled meaning i would be late collecting my vehicle. I called APH on the day and they were understanding and put me at ease that they will sort it.
On day of collecting my vehicle, every member of staff I spoke to were very friendly and helpful and couldn't have asked for a better service, especially as I was already stressed with my flight being delayed by a day.”
“We were parked right at the back of the car park in zone H which is not tarmacced & having big stones, one of the wheels on my suitcase broke.
Upon return my car was absolutely covered in tree sap & debris, completely sticky & had to be cleaned as soon as I got home.
In the instructions it tells you to call on your return, when you call they tell you there's no need- maybe change the instructions then!
Second, the instructions also say the driver will happily help with your luggage....that's laughable, the driver had absolutely no intention of helping on the outbound or return!!”
“Diabolical directions, the car park is a half-finished pile of large stones that you can't wheel your cases across, they direct you to an area to park and when you get there, there are no spaces so you end up parking in the wrong bay and this carries on all day, just to put the icing on the cake you get back to your car to find out someone has parked 6 inches from your driver's door and you can't get in your car.
Because this unfinished half-baked excuse for a car park is such a mess be ready to get your car cleaned as it will be filthy when you get back. at least you can leave your descriptive message on the dirty bonnet of the car that has boxed you in but don't worry the car can't be moved as the keys are in the pocket of the idiot while he's sat on a beach in Spain.
We will never use this bad excuse for a car park again.
P.S hope it's not raining when you get there as no shelter to wait in "Wet You Wet Luggage"”
