“It was quite disorganised, I was just told a row number and told to park on it. But this was full due to poor parking and there was no one to ask unless we went back to the entrance.
Bus service was regular but unlike other APH’s I have used the drivers didn’t move from his seat to help anyone.”

My battery was dead when we arrived back off holiday. A member of staff very quickly got us going and on our way do thank you for that.

“We had some problems with our car and had to use another to park.
I emailed customer services ,as it wasn't within the 48 hours notice as stated on website.
IZZY got back to us in swift time with the correct details to pass it on to the gentleman at the car park who dealt with our change of registration as soon as we pulled up.
The bus was very swift friendly and efficient.
Good experience all round. Amd we used our clubcard vouchers so didn't pay a penny!

“Nice and easy. Car park is on former NEC overflow car parking, very easy to access & secure, only a 5min bus ride or worst-case, 30minute walk from the airport. Friendly staff (although some assistance with loading luggage on/off the buses would've earned the 5-star rating, especially as we were travelling with a baby). Would use again.”
“Good transfer times and prompt service. However, car spaces are extremely tight and manoeuvring into them is extremely tricky - basically crammed in like sardines! Glad it was daylight and not raining, which would have made it harder to get into them. Worst APH car park we have ever used.”
