“On our return home it was raining & cold, unfortunately there was not enough shuttle buses to take us / other waiting passengers back to the car park so we had nearly an hour wait until this was eventually sorted & a larger bus came to accommodate us.
Why didn’t APH look at the flights coming in that afternoon & therefore could predict how many people needed to be picked up & taken back to the car park?
This also resulted in people arguing about who was in a queue & who got on what bus, very disorganised & the last thing people needed after travelling was this mayhem!”
“We followed the Sat nav instructions and didn’t end up at the car park. The written instructions weren’t clear and we had at least ten minutes of panic to find it. It was only luck, we did- as the signage isnt even the same as the ones used to advertise the company! The gentleman on the gate, said it’s a common problem- so perhaps something should be done about it?
We then had to park on a very rough area of land- which was difficult to pull the case across. It all felt very stressful.
The only positive, was the bus was easy to catch. It was waiting for us both times. We normally use NCP carpark 1- and would only use APH again, if there was a significant saving.”

“The space I was allocated was very tight, as the row wasn’t straight. Getting the car out on return was a nightmare.
The first bus was completely full with customers standing very close together up to the level of the driver. Too full. Waited at car park stop until bus reached such a crammed state. Should have left to drop off sooner and let the bus behind take on passengers. Pick up and transfer to airport was longer than we would have like because of the waiting. Had left time for delays so we were okay.
Staff were friendly and helpful.
Hopefully a bad day with driver shortages.”
