“Second time of using Birmingham Short Run. Easy to find. Loads of parking. Great run to the airport via the short shuttle ride. Welcoming, friendly staff. Dont think that i would use anywhere ekse, when flying from Birmingham.

“The parking attendant was friendly and instructed us where to park and what to do on our return. The bus came quickly to take us to the airport and on return we just waited 5 minutes for the bus to take us to the car park. Overall a good service. No complaints.”
“Service was excellent, the only thing that would help is if the buses were labelled at the front with which car park they were going to on the return journey.”
