“Unless the service turnaround time and buses size are improved during peak times.I will not be using the service again. APH branding is used but it’s not the service experience APH offer at other major airports.”
“The parking itself and the staff it's ok. I think it needs more visible signs when you get there. The last two roundabouts need good signs. heading from the m42”
“All seemed to work well only downside is that the cars are parked in an area that is quite muddy and waterlogged making it a trial to keep cases and footwear clean.”
“Whilst i have rated the car park as good there are a couple of issues in regards to being collected from the airport that need to be addressed in particular the disorganisation at the collection point whereby the pick ups for short run and also mackadown lane all mingle into one thus leading to lots of confusion.”
