“Cannot recommend and will not use again. Waited at the bus stop for about 30kg d when I first parked the car meaning I was pushed for time getting through security to get my flight. My flight home was cancelled, tried to call them numerous times to tell them, no one answered.
On return I then get charged for the extra. Does customer service not exist any more?”
“Great, no fuss car parking. Directed by staff to a parking area, easy to find a space. Self parked and the bus was ready. Straight to the airport. Returned late after a delay (1:30am), only a 10 minute wait for the bus and dropped right by the car. Can’t fault for a self park airport parking.”
