“Waited for transfers too long in my opinion, the shuttle was there but waited for more people to arrive which was frustrating. Had to wait 30 minutes on the way out and about 10 coming back- which was much more what we expected. Noone helped with luggage. Otherwise, close enough and good value, just shame about the wait”
“OK but not great. Arriving at the car park we were met by a very chatty & friendly guy and getting to departures was all good.
Arriving back at Birmingham it’s a little confusing. The email confirmation asks us to ring up on arrival (goes through to voice mail) and the ticket stub says to wait at bus stop A. As APH buses arrived, we enquired if they were the right one. No. Just wait. Not, you need to look out for a particular one. Felt like APH offered various services that aren’t linked up. Not good.”
