“Finding this car park was a nightmare. Postcode they provide takes you to a completely different place. We asked for help reception staff in the hotel!!!! This provided post code took us. And they gave is printed directions they prepared as poeole constantly coming in asking for directions.
Drover who picked us up after we landed was driving like mad! That needs to be looked into for people's safety”

“Service is great - my only criticism is there are no road signs telling you where it is. I put the postcode into the Sat Nav which took me to the Holiday Inn carpark. When you are driving alone at 4am, trying to read the instructions while driving around all the roadworks, traffic islands etc. is impossible to find where you are going. I only found it by luck when I looked left at an island and saw "Premier Inn" - apart from that, service, price etc. is fab and will use them again..”
