“Parking location and bus from the airport back to the car on return was excellent, transfer on arrival however was terrible, waited 30mins in the cold and the bus was full when it got to us, as a result we did not have time to get refreshments for our baby before boarding the plane.”
“Had to wait around 20 mins on the bus before we set off, this was around 4am and was important as we were a little late.
Coming back, bus was waiting for us right outside the airport and set off within 5 mins. Only took 5 mins to get to the car park and was dropped off virtually next to the car”
“Quite difficult to find ,it needs a better signpost on the roundabout .we went into the hotel & it obviously happens a lot as it's even in the directions on the email . It was well organised but I'm not sure I'd pay the extra for short run again as on our day there was only one bus running so took longer than the stated time to pick us up .”
“Very easy no stress parking. Barriers open on arrival. There is an Aph worker by the barrier to check details and was told where to park. Parked up and waited at the destinated bus stop where a bus came within 5 minutes. 5 minutes transfer to Birmingham Airport. On return we went to the destinated bus stop with our ticket which was given on arrival and waited approximately 10mins for the bus to take us back to the short run carpark which took 5 mins. Dropped off by the bus stop by our car. I took a picture on arrival so I wouldn't forget where I parked so I recommend this. I would use again.”
